Anime/Manga Disallowed List

The anime/manga disallowed list is a listing of anime titles that cannot be shared on this forum because a Cease & Desist (C&D) letter was issued to stop distribution. The list can be found here: Anime/Manga Disallowed List

Spam Policy

We have a zero tolerance policy regarding spam. What is spam? Unnecessary or off topic posts or posts that do not follow the rules. Every forum has a set of rules. Read them before posting or you may find yourself banned.

It should also be noted that we also do not mess with temporary bans on this forum. Once you're banned; you're banned forever. Period. It goes without saying that anyone caught trying to evade a ban will be banned .. Again.

Do not post links to any other anime/manga download websites in any area of the forum except for the Links forum (READ THE RULES FIRST). Linking to any other forum that is not an affiliate of Cireus-Anime will result in a permanent ban. Period.

User Pruning

Once a month, the administration of this forum prunes the member list, meaning that if your account is inactive for a period of 120 consecutive days (ie, you do not log in), your account will be deleted with or without prior warning.

Email Address

You must provide a valid email address when registering or your account will be deactivated until one is provided. You will receive a "welcome" email after registration is complete. If this email is returned for any reason, your account will be added to the "Reauthentication" usergroup, meaning that you will have no access to download forums and overall limited access until you provide a valid address. After changing your email address, simply PM Cireus to have your privileges reinstated.

Signature and Avatar Limits

ChatBox Rules

Abuse of the Chatbox will not be tolerated. Posting in it is fine, but you must bear a few things in mind:

All posts in the Shoutbox are subject to regulation. No inappropriate (ie vulgar) posts will be tolerated.
Because of system resources, chatbox can and will periodically be pruned.
Do not post links to other websites in the Chatbox. That is considered spamming, and spamming will NOT be tolerated. Warnings for incidences of spamming may or may not be given but will result in permanent ban at administration's disgretion.
Do not post the title of an anime/manga and expect a response. None of us can read your mind, and that is considered spamming. If you ignore warnings regarding spamming or disregard the administration/moderators, you can and will be banned from posting in the Chatbox.
Do not post upload requests in the Chatbox. If you need a re-upload or an upload to a different host service, make sue you post those in the appropriate REQUEST forum.
Do not post support questions in the Chatbox. If you're having trouble with playback issues, post your question in the Help Me! Forum along with a more detailed description of the problem.

Host Link Updates Box Rules

Abuse of the Host Link Updates Box will not be tolerated.

ONLY updates are allowed in the Host Link Updates Box. If you want to chat, use the Chatbox located at the bottom of the forum, please. Thank you.

Cireus Servers

The Cireus Servers are the servers where you can direct download anime without being redirected to a third party site (ie, MegaUpload, SendSpace, etc). It is free to Cireus Addicts usergroup, with the ONLY stipulations being:

1) You will only download ONE episode at a time.

2) You will not hotlink my files anywhere else. It won't work, anyway, so don't bother trying.
