Social Groups Rules:
Welcome to Social Groups!
We hope that this new feature allows users a new way to interact. As with every section of the forum, there are some rules. The easiest is that the general rules also apply to social groups. To highlight a few (please see the main Rules (http://forum.cireus-anime.com/announcement.php?f=4&a=6) for details):
No spam (this includes double posting, posts which don’t add to the conversation, advertisements, etc.)
No disallowed links (download links, links to adult content sites, etc.)
No profanity/cybering (common sense)
Be courteous (no flaming or groups which are inflammatory – if you feel the need to vent, please see The Dungeon (“http://forum.cireus-anime.com/forumdisplay.php?f=12”) and mind the rules there)
Other rules applicable to all groups:
No duplicate groups
No in-person meeting groups; those which encourage sharing personal information and meeting up.
Adding photos to the groups requires the use of albums. Additional rules for albums will be posted soon. In the meantime, no adult content pictures to be posted in ANY group – including nude and semi-nude people or human facsimiles (fantasy, mechanical, etc.)
Mature themed social groups:
These groups are for those 18+ who wish to discuss item of a mature nature. For example a group to discuss an authors of Hentai manga. When creating this type of account, the creator MUST choose Moderated Group Type from the drop down list the as well as the Users must join to view content Group Option (See example below.)

Additionally:
No shota/loli groups
No explicit fetish groups - this would go against the cybering policy (if unsure it is best to ask for help from the staff to help determine if the group is allowable)
The success of these groups depends largely on the users. We are relying upon users to help out by not only following the rules but also reporting inappropriate behavior whenever possible. This is done by using the Report link in the group.
Periodically, social groups will be evaluated to determine if they are still functioning or active.
