Skins for what? Youll have to get more detailed then that...

True you do have to be a little more detailed...but if it's for a website or something, sometimes an easy thing to do is take a layout formatted in a way you already like, save or copy the pictures and then maintain their shape while redoing them entirely in photoshop. Then you look for the matching names to the image files you initially saved in the HTML coding and replace them with the source file of you new image. It's a little like plagiarism but as long as the graphics are entirely yours and you credit the initial source for the coding you should be fine!...
