I just got it yesterday, while it isn't as good as Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 (in my opinion) it is still an awesome game. Great graphics (yay explosions!!!), new units (each team gets a gigantic mech unit now), and a much more thurough storyline than the original Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars (yes, Kane's Wrath is the expansion). Personally, it's a must have for any Command and Conquer lover.

I'm thinking to get it, but is it really worthwhile?

It's quite an interesting game. Not the best, but certainly of great entertainment. The Ion Cannon of the GDI is much more useful than it was before and puts the CnC Generals' USA Particle Cannon to shame.
If you like fancy graphics, explosions, and overwhelming power, get and play the game.
And no, I am not an advertiser. And yes, I own the game. It's fun!
If not frustrating at times...

aye, it doesn't beat Red Alert 2 and Tiberiun Sun, but I believe it's a decent game. the campaign is fairly tough in some spots. So far it has a fluid (interrupted at some points due to EA piecing together the time lines) time line and excelent game play. the expansion is much more like Tiberiun Sun where you have a group of units and you must destroy a base or complete certain objectives rather than building up a base and defending it.

How is the difficulty of the expansion compared to "Tiberium Wars"? And how many missions are in "Kane's Wrath"?
I'm currently playing the NOD-Campaign of Tiberium Wars after succesfully completing GDI and I have to say that some of the missions are quite hard.
I'm currently at the Sydney Level.
If the expansion is good I'll probably buy it after completing all three campaigns.
And I agree with Luminous Sun: The new Ion Cannon is way better than the old one.

the difficulty of some missions are pretty intense to me. you have to defend a lot of weak buildings as NOD. unforunately, there is only a NOD campaign which spans from the end of TS: FireStorm all the way through the current C&C3 plus a little teaser. There aren't many missions, maybe 10. :( but they have a nifty world domination feature where you can make custom strike forces and then take over the world under certain conditions. Many units have different prices as well.
On a side note: you can basically win every NOD campaign level in the original by building 50+ Venoms (the helicopters) and upgrading the lasers. lame. this one, heh....I tried that. GDI has much better anti-air.
I just finished the campaign and there is definitely going to be another one. This "expansion" was basically just an expansion. nothing more. It focused only on NOD and their rise then fall then rise then fall and finally rise to power
the expansion stops probably hours after the original game does. IE: Kane is about to go though the Scrin portal in Italy and the expansion cuts off.
personally, the campaign being sooooo short kinda hacked me off BUT the skirmish and world domination really do it for me. Personally, it's worth the money. I pre-ordered it back in December (I think) and got the pre-order extras :) (they aren't anything special ;P). Although I got the collector's edition of the original game, talk about awesome extras.

OK, so I've finally completed Tiberium Wars and the expansion "Kane's Wrath". But I have some trouble understanding the NOD-Campaigns storyline. I mean what exactly was Kane's goal? What did he want to achive?
And what exactly happened at the end of "Kane's Wrath"? I mean he combined the quite unstable tacitus with LEGION, but the sequence after that is a mystery to me. And why was LEGION's text since the start of Act 3 in Scrin language? (At least I'm assuming it was Scrin)
Could somebody please enlighten me?
