For general registered members:

Signatures can be no larger than 500 pix wide by 250 pix high and no larger than 48.8 KB in size.

One image ONLY.
No offensive content.
No offensive links.
No spam links. What is a "spam" link? Basically, don't join this forum if you just want to put a link to a business website in your sig. You will be banned. Period.
All sigs are subject to the discretion of the moderation/administration team here. This means that if your sig is deemed inappropriate for reasons other than what is stated here, it can and will be subject to moderation. Basically, the rule of thumb is that your sig should not be obnoxious, be it in content or in length. If I have to scroll more than once with my trackball wheel to get past your sig, then there's a good chance that you'll be told that it's too long, content wise, and will be asked to change it.

Linking to another website that does not contain offensive material is allowed in signatures ONLY ... (No links to porn sites, business sites, etc)

JPEG, regular GIF [NO ANIMATED GIFS ALLOWED IN SIGNATURES], and PNG allowed.

When we say "One image ONLY," we do mean it. We also mean "No ANIMATED gifs." That includes cute little gifs, forum smilies, etc. One. Only. Period.

***Mods and Admin have slightly different guidelines.

***Failure to comply can result in warning or revocation of the privilege of using this feature.

Signature guidelines have been updated. Take a moment to make sure that your sig is still in compliance with the new rules.
